Interactive Math Notebooks ~ Foldables!!!

I have jumped on the foldable wagon! I spent at least an hour yesterday searching the Internet (mostly Pinterest!) for foldables ideas that I could adapt for my 5th grade curriculum. I started a notebook for of templates for foldables and pictures of ideas from blogs! I put the templates and pictures in page protectors and will group them by subject (I am only working on Math foldables at this moment). I have alot of goodies to share with you today. Most of these are adapted from other's ideas...mostly Runde's Room and Tales of Frogs and Cupcakes!

Click on the pictures to get the PDFs!

The first foldable is a simple foldable reviewing key vocabulary for fractions.

This next one is a foldable for prime and composite numbers.

This next one is very similiar, a factor and multiples foldable.

These next two were adapted from Tales of Frogs and Cupcakes!

These next two were adapted from Runde's Room! Click on the picture for the first part and here for the second part.

Thanks for checking out my blog! I hope you enjoy the foldables. Send me a comment if you have questions!

  3. Could you send or post the prime/composite foldable in Word form? I would like to use it for other topics but can't get mine to look as good as yours!
